Should foreign money play a part in Kansas… Great question!
Wondering if you mean JUST this pac or do you mean all over KS?? Is it just PAC's? Or would this apply to all elections & races? Should the GOP give back out of state "dark money"??
The article was about progressive lawfare connected to the recently passed House Bill 2106. So, the article focused on the one nonprofit bringing the lawsuit. But HB 2106 applies to everyone, on the left or right.
I thought the article was clear that HB 2106 only applied to state constitutional amendment referendum, not all elections. But I do research and write about dark money flowing into Kansas from nonprofits that impact all elections.
There is dark money on both sides from nonprofits, but there is a huge imbalance in amounts now and the electoral playing field is tilted. Many don't realize who the nonprofits are or where their money is coming from.
The right likely dominated "dark money" in politics 10-15 years ago, but that is no longer the case.
I focus more on nonprofits than parties. I am late on publishing analysis of left and right money in the Kansas legislative races from last year. The article will be about two groups on the left and about six on the right.

My focus is similar to what this article is about: "How Charities Secretly Help Win Elections," https://capitalresearch.org/article/report-how-charities-secretly-help-win-elections/.

Are there groups you think I should research?
